Strengthening Cricketing Bonds: UAE and Pakistan Discuss Enhanced Collaboration

 The Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Federal Interior Minister, Mohsin Naqvi, met with Sheikh Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan, Chairman of the UAE Cricket Board, during a visit to Sardargarh, Ghotki, on Sunday.

Welcoming Sheikh Nahyan to Pakistan, Mohsin Naqvi extended warm hospitality and expressed appreciation for the UAE's enduring support. The meeting focused on matters of mutual interest, bilateral relations, and strategies to further promote cricket in both nations.

Enhancing Cricketing Ties

An agreement was reached to implement steps to enhance cricketing ties between Pakistan and the UAE. Mohsin Naqvi took the opportunity to invite Sheikh Nahyan to attend matches of the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy in Pakistan, showcasing the country's dedication to hosting successful international tournaments.

Sheikh Nahyan expressed his best wishes for the Champions Trophy and highlighted the deep ties between the UAE and Pakistan. "We deeply value our relationship with Pakistan and extend our best wishes for the successful organization of the Champions Trophy," he stated.
