Sharjah and Belgium explore new partnership opportunities
The Department of Government Relations (DGR) in Sharjah and the Kingdom of Belgium recently held a meeting to explore new partnership avenues and opportunities. The meeting was attended by Sheikh Majid Al Qasimi, Director of the DGR in Sharjah, and Antoine Delcourt, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to the UAE , along with other officials from both sides. During the meeting, the parties discussed various sectors for potential collaboration, including creative industries, culture, education, innovation, arts, environment, trade, and investment. The DGR Director briefed the delegation on the initiatives undertaken by the DGR to foster partnership opportunities in these areas. He also highlighted Sharjah's keenness in building relationships with the Kingdom of Belgium and strengthening ties with cities and countries around the world.
