  The Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre's (MBRSC) launch of the MBZ-Sat satellite is a highlight of the UAE's space plan for 2024. This powerful Earth-imaging satellite, weighing a hefty 800kg, represents a considerable advancement in technological capabilities. MBZ-Sat, which is set to launch as part of a SpaceX ride-share mission on a Falcon 9 rocket, is set to become the Arab world's most powerful satellite. The satellite, named after President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, is designed to monitor environmental changes, check water quality, and contribute to agricultural development.
