Watts emphasizes the importance of the UAE's leadership and quality efforts in addressing stakeholders, concerns, and solutions connected to climate change on the fringes of COP28 in Dubai.  He recognizes that food security plays a significant part in the conversation about climate change and advocates for concerted efforts and higher goals to reduce carbon emissions.
