President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in a heartfelt statement, reaffirmed the country’s unwavering commitment to upholding the values of justice, peace, and humanity exemplified by these heroes.



Sheikh Mohamed emphasized that the sacrifices of the fallen are deeply ingrained in the UAE’s history, serving as a timeless inspiration for patriotism and unity. He extended profound gratitude to the families of the martyrs, pledging ongoing support and recognizing their loved ones’ ultimate sacrifice as pivotal to the UAE’s progress and stability.

"Commemoration Day is a distinguished national occasion on which we pay tribute to the heroic individuals who gave their lives to protect the UAE and its people," Sheikh Mohamed stated.
