ACTVET Secures Employment for 40 UAE Nationals in Prestigious Healthcare Companies

 



Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET) has successfully placed 40 UAE nationals in jobs after completing training through its Skills Hub initiative. The nationals have secured employment within five top private healthcare companies in Abu Dhabi.


The placement outcomes are a result of collaboration agreements signed between ACTVET and leading healthcare providers such as Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, M42, Burjeel Hospital, Response Plus Holding and Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Centre.

Through its Skills Hub project, ACTVET offers specialised training programs tailored to current and future market needs.
The programs equip participants with in-demand technical skills for sustainable economic growth in the UAE.

ACTVET Director General Dr Mubarak Saeed Al Shamsi stated: "We have witnessed strong cooperation between government and private sectors working as one to qualify national talent in healthcare.
This provides opportunities for Emiratis to positively contribute to advancing Abu Dhabi's healthcare leadership and quality."

He thanked partner companies for serving the community through these agreements, hoping to inspire more private sector partnerships in healthcare as well as manufacturing, AI and other vital fields.This will encourage more Emirati youth to pursue technical and professional careers.


The Skills Hub aims to promote healthcare employment opportunities and national employment in advanced technologies while supporting national strategies.It diversifies the knowledge economy based on innovation and Industry 4.0 technologies.

Key skills training includes aircraft maintenance, automotive technology, CNC machining, electrical installation, electronics, health and social care, industrial control, mechanical CAD and autonomous robotics critical skills for sustainable national growth and development.

ACTVET's solutions deepen academic understanding through practical learning while developing qualities like teamwork, communication and flexibility for job market readiness.
