A third evacuation plane from Sudan has landed in Abu Dhabi, bringing 126 people from five different countries to safety. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation has stated that the UAE will host those who have been evacuated and provide them with all the necessary support and assistance before they are transferred to their home countries. The ministry added that it has prioritised evacuating the most vulnerable, including the sick, children, the elderly and women. This is the third plane to land in the UAE from Sudan, following two similar flights over the weekend.

In addition to these evacuation efforts, the UAE has also sent aid to Chad to assist Sudanese people who are stranded there. The evacuation flights and humanitarian aid delivery coincide with the ongoing conflict in Sudan, which has resulted in a humanitarian crisis in the country. The UAE's actions demonstrate its commitment to supporting those in need during times of crisis and highlight its role as a key player in global humanitarian efforts.

The evacuation efforts have also been praised by international organizations, including the United Nations, which has commended the UAE for its swift response to the crisis in Sudan. The UN has called on other countries to follow the UAE's lead and provide aid and support to those affected by the conflict.

Overall, the UAE's response to the crisis in Sudan serves as an example of the country's commitment to global humanitarian efforts and its willingness to provide assistance to those in need. The evacuation flights and aid delivery demonstrate the UAE's dedication to supporting vulnerable populations and alleviating suffering in times of crisis. As the situation in Sudan continues to unfold, the UAE's actions serve as a reminder of the importance of international cooperation and humanitarian aid in times of conflict and crisis.
