Expressing appreciation for the hard work of ADNOC staff, His Highness stressed that people are the nation’s greatest asset and the UAE leadership will continue to prioritize human capital development. His Highness also underlined the importance of continuous improvement in performance, efficiency and agility and instructed ADNOC to increase its efforts in this regard.
