While the potential is enormous, experts at the conference underlined the significance of fully training educators to effectively harness the power of generative AI. They also issued a word of caution, pointing out that students would need to use generative AI technologies with caution, as bias and accuracy remain valid problems.

The University of Birmingham Dubai campus served as the setting for in-depth conversations hosted by a panel of education and technology experts. Dr. Ruchit Agrawal, Assistant Professor and Head of Outreach at the School of Computer Science at the University of Birmingham Dubai, conveyed a significant viewpoint. He claimed that generative AI could be the most revolutionary force in education since the internet boom of the late 1990s and early 2000s.
