On World Children's Day, Dubai Police launched their "Our Children Are Our Responsibility" awareness campaign, bringing together over 100 children and their families to march and raise awareness about child rights.

The campaign's goal is to educate parents, caregivers, and community members about the importance of protecting children's rights and providing them with a safe and secure environment in which to grow and thrive. It also emphasizes society's collective responsibility for ensuring children's safety and well-being.

Brigadier-General Ahmed Abdullah Al-Mazrouei, Director of the General Department of Human Rights at Dubai Police, highlighted the importance of the campaign and the Dubai Police's commitment to protecting children from abuse and neglect in a statement.

At Dubai Police, protecting children from abuse and neglect is a top priority," said Brigadier-General Al-Mazrouei. "Through this campaign, we hope to raise awareness about child rights and educate the public about the various channels of communication available to assist victims of abuse."

As part of the campaign, the Dubai Police Department has established various communication channels to support and assist victims of abuse. These channels include a dedicated hotline, social media platforms, and a mobile application, all of which make it easier for children and their families to get help and report any incidents of abuse.

The Dubai Police Department has also reiterated its zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child rights violation, emphasizing that perpetrators will be held accountable for their actions.

As a responsible and caring society, it is our responsibility to ensure that every child is protected and has access to the resources and support they require to live a happy and fulfilling life. The Dubai Police's "Our Children Are Our Responsibility" campaign is a step in the right direction, reminding us of our collective responsibility for the well-being of children.

Let us all join the Dubai Police in their efforts to make our children's lives safer and more secure, and to ensure that every child's rights are protected and respected.
