Women's Union outstanding achievements through which it was keen to encourage the daughters of the Emirates to actively participate in the sustainable development process.

Among the most prominent of these achievements is the “review of the draft of the third national strategy for the empowerment of women 2022-2027.” The Women’s Union has signed cooperation agreements through which it seeks to strengthen its strategic partnerships with all parties in various fields to support Emirati women, the most prominent of which is the memorandum of understanding it concluded with the Abu Dhabi Ports Group.

As part of its community initiatives, the Women's Union organized at its headquarters in Abu Dhabi a training course entitled "How to Review Your Home Plans" within the My Family, My Happiness, Secret Program "Home Reconstruction - From Idea to Reality"

And based on its keenness to support women and empower them economically, the Women's Union, in cooperation with the "NMC Royal" Hospital for Women, organized the "Tejouri" exhibition, with the participation of 41 brands from national youth projects.

The Women's Union in the field of general political empowerment makes unremitting efforts to build women's capacities in this field, in addition to supporting the parliamentary file of Emirati women. From this standpoint, the Women's Union and the Ministry of State for National Council Affairs launched a new version of the "Fatima Bint Mubarak Program for Political Empowerment" within the framework of the strategic partnership Which brings them together, coinciding with the preparation for the upcoming Federal National Council elections 2023.

In an effort to support international efforts to eliminate violence against women, the General Women's Union supported the "16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence" campaign under the slogan "Unite... the struggle to end violence against women."
The Women's Union participated in the country's delegation headed by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in the meeting of the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

The Women's Union, the Maqta Gateway of the Abu Dhabi Ports Group, and the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood have prepared a specialized training program for future pioneers, in line with the state's directives, by providing an incubating and stimulating environment for programmers, which contributes to enhancing their participation in drawing and making the future, in conjunction with the "Emirates Programming" day.

The Women's Union held a meeting of the General Assembly of women's associations in the country, during which it reviewed the administrative and financial reports, the future plan of the federation and women's associations, and an evaluation of work during the last stage in light of the achievements made in the march of Emirati women.

He also launched an initiative to empower girls and women of determination under the slogan “Together We Can”, with the aim of building the capacities of women of determination, valuing their giving and enabling them to transform challenges into opportunities and achieve successes and achievements in various fields.
